ALL GUN AND ACCESSORIES SALES ARE FINAL

• Adult Signature Requirement:
  An adult signature will be required for all sales of airguns.

• Age Requirement:
  You must be 18 years or older to purchase on our online store. Buyers must comply with the laws and regulations of their respective jurisdictions within Canada regarding airguns.

• Shipping Restrictions:
  We only ship to the billing address associated with your payment method.

• Legal Responsibility:
  It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase and possession of airguns and accessories are legal in your province or territory. By making a purchase, you confirm that no laws or regulations prohibit your purchase or possession of the product.

• Shipping Policy:
  We usually process and ship your order within 48 hours after your payment has cleared. However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies. Shipping times are in addition to order fulfillment times and are dependent on the chosen shipping method and carrier.

Zhisheng Return Policy

ALL AIRGUN SALES ARE FINAL

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

• Return Eligibility:
  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  Important: Do not attempt to disassemble or modify any items. Doing so will void the warranty and your right to a full refund.

• Return Process:
  To initiate a return, contact us at zhishengcorp@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

• Restocking Fee:
  A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and/or cancellations.

• Return Shipping Costs:
  The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. In some cases, products that ship directly from the supplier must be returned to the supplier. Contact the supplier directly regarding returns for such items or warranty issues.

• International Orders:
  No returns or refunds are allowed for international orders.

• Damages and Issues:
  Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away to evaluate and resolve the issue.

• Non-Returnable Items:
  Certain items are not eligible for returns, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the eligibility of specific items.

• Exchanges:
  For faster resolution, return the item you wish to exchange. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
