All sale transactions are deemed completed in the Province of Ontario under Ontario law and regulations.

All shipping is carried out via buyer-selected/paid carriers within Ontario, Canada.

If there is any dispute about or involving Zhisheng Corp services or products provided, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions, and you agree to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the provincial and federal courts located in Ontario, Canada.

Buyer assumes full responsibility for all liabilities, damages, injuries, modifications done to products, buyer's local laws, buyer's local regulations, and ownership of airgun and survival goods.

You will not hold Zhisheng Corp, its owners, members, affiliates, or employees responsible for any legal actions, liabilities, damages, penalties, claims, or other obligations caused by your ownership or use of airgun and survival goods.

You acknowledge that due to their potential strategic value, export of certain products sold by Zhisheng Corp may be restricted or prohibited under Canadian Export Control regulations and international trade laws. You represent that you will not export any prohibited or restricted items in violation of Canadian law.

There are areas to which Zhisheng Corp cannot ship airguns or other products. Certain provinces, territories, and municipalities have established limitations, and Zhisheng Corp reserves the right not to ship particular products to certain locations. If we determine a product is going to be leaving Canada, we reserve the right to cancel any orders. We cannot ship airguns to the following locations (subject to change in accordance with Canadian law and local bylaws):

Provinces/Territories: (e.g. certain restrictions may apply in Quebec, Prince Edward Island, Northwest Territories, etc.)
Cities/Municipalities: (list updated according to municipal regulations).
International Shipping: We do not ship internationally.

Zhisheng Corp will not be responsible for injuries and damages caused by improper usage, user errors, reckless behaviour, lack of adult supervision, or willful disregard of risk.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover batteries and chargers. Zhisheng Corp is not responsible for compatibility between various manufacturers’ products, nor for internal upgrades or replacement parts. Any use of low-grade or low-weight pellets shall void the warranty.

LIMITED LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, in no event shall Zhisheng Corp be liable for damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, regardless of the foreseeability of those damages) arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any products or services provided. This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages arise out of breach of contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

INDEMNITY: You agree to indemnify Zhisheng Corp for certain of your acts and omissions. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all third-party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your access to or use of the site or its products, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
